Helping my clients create their Academy, launching their group program, hitting the million mark…

But also supporting those in transition, becoming mums, navigating menaupose, breaking up from toxic relationships, mourning the loss of a loved one…

Missing my family, waking up in the middle of the night anxious with no logical explanation..

So many things that I am unable to show you in one post..or in 15 seconds story…

I am on a healing journey with my soul, my body and my brain.

Tonight we’ll fly back to London.

And I am reflecting.

I am more than a Title or a Bio on Instagram.

I am a Mentor.

I am a Healer.

I am an Entrepreneur.

I am a Coach.

I am a Dancer, an artist, a storyteller.

I am a Mother, a Wife, a Daughter, a Sister, an Auntie, a Bestie.

I am everything I want to be, and so much more than you can see.

And for all of you who reached out to me the last couple of days, I want to say:
