Working, teaching, eating, running, sitting, breathing, sleeping.
Did I get more done than before?
Looking back, I’d say yes.
Have I achieved better results?
Funny enough, it is a YES again.
So how do I manage to do this?
I devote time daily to my number one priority.
The time is blocked in my diary. Period.
3 hours. EVERYDAY.
And I harness all my focus and energy during this time to make sure this will be done.
I also block my time off.
This is ME time. I meditate, run, write.
Because resting is as important as working.
So do yourself a favour, look at your diary, and schedule:
– A daily meeting with yourself to do your number one top priority
– A daily “Me time” to recharge and reward yourself.
