Something amazing has happened to me back in November 2019. I took some time to reflect where I was in my life, and most importantly where I wanted to be in the next 5 years. Now that can seem like a long way to go for some people, but I felt this number was right FOR ME, it would help me move forward at my own pace, with a vision in mind.
Implementing things, experimenting, readjusting, and most importantly, keeping things going, no matter what. The minute I decided to make a change, to quit what was no longer serving me, and to CREATE SPACE for what makes me truly happy, my energy shifted.
I can honestly say that I kicked off 2020 feeling happy and content, I am now fully aligned with my soul purpose . Now don’t get me wrong, it didn’t happen overnight. 2019 was a challenging year that brought a lot of questioning, fears, tears, anxiety. But also amazing moments of joy and happiness, new unexpected friendships, holding my hand when I wobbled, sharing and celebrating with me every step of the way, with NO JUDGEMENT.
So here is what I want to share with you today. Take a moment to PAUSE and reflect:

🥰 What values will help you move forward in 2020?
And then be gratefulTake a moment, a pen, a notebook, and write down all the things you are grateful for in your life. It may look like “I am grateful for all the people who are supporting me,” and “I am grateful for having an amazing family..”
Big or small, it doesn’t matter. Then reach out to 3 people who made a difference in your life this year. And in the same way, tell them something you like about them and how you are grateful for what they brought to your life. With NO EXPECTATION. Don’t expect a reply. A thank you. JUST DO THIS regardless of the outcome. And notice how you feel. How your energy shifts.
